What if I can't make it live on August 19 or 20?

Replays go up within 24 hours of each session and stay live for 30 days (General Admission) or 6 months (VIP). You can also drop questions in the private FB community any time during that window.

I'm non-technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. If you can use email and Google Docs, you can keep up. The workshop is built for business owners who use AI sometimes but don't consider themselves "AI people." We build alongside you in real time, on the same screen you're looking at.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT account?

Yes. We use Claude Pro ($20/month) in the workshop because of Claude Projects. A free account won't let you build the system the way we teach it. ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) with Custom GPTs works too. Sign up before Day 1 so you're ready to build.

Will this work for my industry?

The workshop is built around 5 universal business roles (admin, content, focus, communication, research) that exist in every business. Coaches, consultants, agencies, e-commerce, services, real estate, software, healthcare, finance, manufacturing. Same 5 skills apply.

What if my team isn't ready for AI?

You don't need a team to install the workshop. Day 1 (your AI foundation + inbox triage) works whether you're solo or running 30 people. Day 2 gives you the framework to scale across a team WHEN you're ready. Could be next month. Could be next year. The framework keeps.

How is this different from AI Advantage (your existing course)?

AI Advantage is a self-paced course that teaches AI workflows. Suit Up is a LIVE 2-day workshop where we build the system with you in real time. Different format, different outcome. Many customers do both: take AI Advantage first, then come to Suit Up to install something specific.

What happens after the workshop ends?

You keep your five plug-and-play skill templates forever. Replays stay live for 30 days (GA) or 6 months (VIP). The FB community stays open for 30 days for implementation help. On Day 2 we'll mention the next tier (AI Bootcamp) for owners who want to go deeper. Optional, no pressure.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you attend Day 1 and decide it's not for you, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. We'd rather not have you in the room than have you in the room unhappy.
